Six people from Yathrib (Madinah) met the Prophet ﷺ at Aqabah and accepted Islam. They pledged to worship only Allah.

Mus'ab ibn Umayr to Madinah

The Prophet ﷺ sent Mus'ab ibn Umayr to teach Islam in Madinah. He was successful and many accepted Islam.

Second Pledge of Aqabah

75 people from Madinah pledged to protect the Prophet ﷺ as they would their own families. This was the beginning of Islamic state.
